Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

  • Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above. madrid888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when requested by the madrid888 team.

Account Security & Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the madrid888 support team without delay.
  • Users are advised to use a unique, strong password and to change it regularly.
  • Madrid888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Users of the madrid888 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, payment systems, or betting processes through technical means or deception.
  • Using another person's account or acting on behalf of another person without valid, documented authorisation.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including money laundering, account collusion, or suspicious transactions.
  • Distributing harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the platform.
  • Transferring account balances between different users without explicit approval from the madrid888 team.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action where appropriate.

Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the madrid888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and not that of a third party.

Successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the madrid888 account holder.

Madrid888 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal while a verification (KYC) process is in progress. This includes identity verification, proof of address, or source of funds. Approved withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the FAQ platform.

Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.

Account Suspension & Closure

Madrid888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or upon instruction from a relevant authority.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting madrid888 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks have been completed.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the madrid888 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic elements — is the property of madrid888 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written authorisation.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. madrid888 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites and accepts no liability for any losses arising from their use.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through channels designated by madrid888 or through appropriate legal proceedings under the relevant jurisdiction.
